Welcome to Wild Crumb Co., where artisan sourdough meets passion and craftsmanship.

Wild Crumb Co. began in my home kitchen with a simple goal: to create nourishing, slow-made sourdough that feels good to eat and good to share.

What started as baking for my family quickly grew into something more meaningful. Sourdough became a way for me to slow down, reconnect with traditional food, and be intentional about what I put on the table, not just for taste, but for overall well-being.

As a mom, food carries deep meaning in our home. After my toddler was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes, I became even more passionate about changing the conversation around food, especially carbohydrates. At Wild Crumb Co., I believe bread can be part of a balanced, thoughtful lifestyle. Carbs are not the enemy, and food should never be rooted in fear.

Sourdough, when made with time and care, offers a slower fermentation process that many people find easier to enjoy and digest. Every loaf I bake is naturally leavened, long-fermented, and made in small batches with quality ingredients — no shortcuts, no rush.

Wild Crumb Co. exists not only to provide handcrafted bread, but also to spread awareness, understanding, and compassion around Type 1 Diabetes. My hope is that this space reminds people that nourishment looks different for every family and that joy, balance, and good food can coexist.
